Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal when concluding a distance contract, about which we inform you below in accordance with the statutory model (Section 3.1). Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are set out in Section 3.2. In Section 3.3, you will find a model withdrawal form. After declaring your withdrawal, please return the goods exclusively in their original packaging to our address stated below.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, have/has taken possession of the final goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Moser - the green wallart, Schwetzinger Str. 20, D-69190 Walldorf, Tel. +49 176 811 06 427 (Mon. to Fri. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), e-mail: moser@green-wallart.de, by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at www.moserthegreenwallart.com . If you make use of this online function, we will transmit to you an acknowledgment of receipt of such withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay, including information on the content of the declaration of withdrawal as well as the date and time of its receipt. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send back or hand over the goods to us: Moser - the green wallart, Schwetzinger Str. 20, D-69190 Walldorf without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to:

contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
