Our moss and plant pictures are very low-maintenance. To ensure you can enjoy your moss picture for a long time, please pay attention to the following points:
- Avoid direct sunlight or light exposure
- Avoid high humidity. Our pictures are not suitable for the bathroom, for example
- Please do not water or spray with water
- It is best to wear gloves during installation
If your moss picture should fade slightly over time, we also recommend our re-greening agent, which is based on food coloring and is free from chemical substances. It is particularly suitable for forest and bun moss.
How to use our re-greening agent in 4 simple steps:
- before applying, please carefully mask your frame to avoid subsequent discoloration
- shake the bottle and set the spray function to a fine mist
- now move over your picture in sideways motions at a distance of approx. 15-20 cm
- let your picture dry well and then remove the masking tape from your frame, wiping with a damp cloth if necessary

Quick help
How long does a moss picture last? Is there a warranty?
A preserved moss picture retains its shape and color for many years, often 8–10 years or longer, if cared for properly. Due to the preservation process, the moss remains lastingly beautiful and soft.
Because we are so convinced by our products, you receive a 5-year guarantee from us starting from the date of purchase. Please take the correct handling into account (see above under the menu item "5-year guarantee").
Does the moss picture need water or sunlight?
No, preserved moss art requires neither water nor sunlight. They are extremely low-maintenance and stay fresh and green all on their own.
You should actually keep your moss art away from direct sunlight and not place it too close to heat sources such as a radiator.
How do I care for my moss picture?
Moss pictures require almost no maintenance. You can dust them carefully from time to time, for example with a soft feather duster.
Make sure not to spray the picture or bring it into contact with water, as this could damage the preserved moss.
Is the moss art odorless?
Yes, preserved moss pictures are completely odorless. They do not emit a natural moss scent because they have been specially treated.
Can I hang the moss picture in any room?
The moss picture is suitable for almost all rooms, as long as the humidity is between 40 and 70%. In very damp rooms, such as bathrooms without sufficient ventilation, it may lose its durability.
Are moss pictures suitable for allergy sufferers and how does the moss picture improve indoor air quality?
Yes, since the moss is preserved and does not release pollen or spores, the pictures are also suitable for allergy sufferers.
Moss pictures have air-purifying properties and can help to filter pollutants and improve air quality. They create a natural and fresh atmosphere in the room.
