Our moss and plant pictures are very low-maintenance. To ensure you enjoy your moss picture for a long time, please pay attention to the following points:
- Avoid direct sunlight or light exposure
- Avoid high humidity. Our pictures are not suitable for the bathroom, for example
- Please do not water or spray with water
- It is best to wear gloves during installation
If your moss picture should fade slightly over time, we also recommend our re-greening spray, which is based on food coloring and is also free of chemical substances. It is particularly suitable for forest and bun moss.
Application of our re-greening spray in 4 simple steps:
- before application, please carefully tape off your frame to avoid any subsequent discoloration
- shake the bottle and set the spray function to a fine mist
- now move over your picture in sideways motions from a distance of approx. 15-20 cm
- let your picture dry well and then remove the masking tape from your frame; if necessary, wipe with a damp cloth

We are so confident in our products that we are extending the statutory 2-year warranty by an additional 3 years (for a total of 5 years).
This, of course, assumes proper handling:
- Do not water or spray
- Do not expose the image to direct sunlight
- Do not place the image too close to heat sources such as a heater
- Do not place in damp rooms (such as bathrooms)
- Remove dust with, for example, a feather duster. Do not use cleaning agents
- Use the moss picture indoors only

A preserved moss picture retains its shape and color for many years, often 8–10 years or longer, if cared for properly. Due to the preservation process, the moss remains lastingly beautiful and soft.
Because we are so convinced by our products, you receive a 5-year guarantee from us starting from the date of purchase. Please take the correct handling into account (see above under the menu item "5-year guarantee").
Does the moss picture need water or sunlight?
No, preserved moss art requires neither water nor sunlight. They are extremely low-maintenance and stay fresh and green all on their own.
You should actually keep your moss art away from direct sunlight and not place it too close to heat sources such as a radiator.
How do I care for my moss picture?
Moss pictures require almost no maintenance. You can dust them off carefully from time to time, for example with a soft feather duster.
Make sure not to spray the picture or bring it into contact with water, as this could damage the preserved moss.
Is the moss art odorless?
Yes, preserved moss pictures are completely odorless. They do not emit a natural moss scent because they have been specially treated.
Can I hang the moss picture in any room?
